About the role:

The purpose of the role is to lead our rehabilitation services in NSW and ACT and, further develop a team of Team Leaders, Rehabilitation and Employment Consultants to deliver the highest quality rehabilitation services.  This is a managerial role with the successful candidate being responsible for managing a successful high-performing team, along with achieving the overall performance, growth and targets for the region. This role will allow you to grow your career utilising the knowledge and expertise you have already gained in occupational rehabilitation.


  • Management of Team Leaders and Rehabilitation Consultants to ensure the highest quality delivery of Rehabilitation services
  • Coordination and allocation of all referrals in your region within required time frames to maximise capacity and capability
  • Maximising staff productivity through the monitoring of KPI and individual’s performance
  • Account and relationship management of current and emerging accounts
  • Achieving revenue and profit targets while managing budget and costs
  • Maintain own caseload and achieve agreed targets

About you:

  • Qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling
  • Current registration/membership with the relevant health profession accreditation authority
  • People management experience and passion for motivating team members
  • Experience in an allied health role and a minimum of 5 years in occupational rehabilitation
  • Experience in interpreting financial data to effectively report, plan and maintain budgets
  • Extensive experience in workers compensation and experience in insurance claims for injuries and TPD and legislation regarding medico-legal aspects of these jurisdictions
  • Previous NDIS experience will be highly regarded
  • Enjoys working with individuals and teams to achieve targets
  • Personable and a strong communicator with the ability to drive Work Rehab organisational values of Respect, Quality, Commitment, Inclusion, Efficiency, and Integrity
  • Willingness and ability to travel
