About the role

Lead by top-performing management in the industry, Prudence Rehab is seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Counsellor to join our growing team. We are a value driven organisation and are looking for someone who embodies these values to join our team.

Your duties will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Comprehensive case management and stakeholder engagement
  • Attend case conferences and client meetings
  • Conducting face to face and remote assessments as needed
  • Completion of Vocational Assessments, Labour Market Analysis’, Job Seeking Services in collaboration with our Employment Consultants
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues on joint files
  • Opportunities to deliver single services, psychological pre-employment assessment, and wellness programs as applicable
  • Represent Prudence Rehab at public forums/seminars/conferences as required
  • Opportunities to engage in larger projects such as development of job dictionaries and psychological injury prevention programs

About you

A passionate and quality driven professional, you are motivated to achieve the best outcomes for the situation. We are a business who pride ourselves on our ability to assess a case impartially and holistically before offering expert advice to all parties involved, striving to achieve our shared goal.

You must have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling
  • Registration with ASORC or RCAA
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Occupational Rehabilitation or 2 years’ experience in a clinical setting
