Subject Matter Expert for New Employer services within Icare NSW
We currently have a rare opportunity to join our supportive and friendly Quality and Capability Team as a Subject Matter Expert for New Employer services within Icare NSW.
What’s more, the role can be based in Sydney or any location in New South Wales
As a Subject Matter Expert, you will play a crucial role in assuring the quality of rehabilitation service delivery at Work Rehab. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting quality assurance tasks, such as report QA, closure reviews and file audits; as well as developing and updating supporting documentation and templates, providing specific account training to consultants and overseeing learning and development initiatives.
As part of this role, you will also have a reduced billable target for allow for performance of the quality aspects of the role.

ABOUT YOU
- You will have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, along with tertiary Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work or Psychology
- You will enjoy working with people and in supporting clients to achieve their goals
- At least 3 years’ experience working with ICare
- Previous experience updating and developing documentation and templates to ensure they reflect current best practice and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes and emerging best practice in workplace rehabilitation and implement that into daily processes.
- Previous experience managing your own billable case load, achieving targets and outcomes
- Willingness to travel (current vehicle and driver’s license compulsory)
